01

Who we are and what this policy covers

Soul Experience is operated by Golden Soul Wellness LLC("Soul Experience," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to soulexperience.net and the readings, reports, assessments, member portal, courses, events, bookings, messages, digital products, and other services that link to it (together, the "Services").

It does not govern a third-party website or service that has its own privacy policy, even when we link to it or use it to complete a purchase, booking, meeting, or social interaction.

02

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information: name, email address, telephone number, sign-in identifiers, profile details, time zone, and communication choices.
  • Birth and personalization information: date, time, and place of birth; astrology chart details; interests; goals; questionnaire, intake, assessment, journal, and reflection responses; and information you choose to provide about a partner or another person.
  • Orders and membership information: products and offers selected, purchase amount, currency, transaction and customer identifiers, subscription status, renewal dates, refunds, and access entitlements. Payment processors receive payment card details; we generally receive transaction details rather than your full card number.
  • Content and documents: uploads, form submissions, reports, generated content, course progress, notes, feedback, and documents or electronic signatures you submit through the Services.
  • Communications and social interactions: support messages, emails, SMS records and consent, event communications, Instagram comments and identifiers, direct-message delivery status, and related interaction history.
  • Booking and event information: appointment details, availability, attendance, meeting links, calendar data, and scheduling preferences.
  • Device, usage, and attribution data: IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages and features used, approximate location derived from IP, cookie or local-storage identifiers, campaign information, link clicks, and analytics events when you allow optional analytics.
  • Generated insights: astrology placements, scores, summaries, recommendations, and other inferences or personalized content created from the information you provide.

03

Where information comes from

We collect information:

  • directly from you when you create an account, purchase, complete a form, book, communicate, or participate;
  • automatically from your browser or device, subject to your privacy choices;
  • from payment, course, calendar, communications, social-media, and authentication providers you use with us; and
  • from another person when they lawfully purchase for you, refer you, or provide your information with permission.

If you give us personal information about someone else, you represent that you have the right to do so and will direct them to this policy when appropriate.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and secure accounts, verify access, and provide customer support;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and product delivery;
  • calculate charts and assessments and create requested readings, reports, courses, meditations, and personalized experiences;
  • manage bookings, live events, replays, communities, and course progress;
  • send transactional messages and, with the required permission, marketing email or SMS;
  • operate social and comment-to-message features and measure campaign attribution;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • understand and improve the Services when optional analytics are enabled; and
  • enforce our agreements, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.

05

Google Calendar integration

When an authorized administrator chooses to connect Google Calendar, Soul Experience receives basic Google account identity information, creates a dedicated secondary calendar named “Soul Experience Bookings,” and creates, updates, or removes booking events in that app-created calendar. The requested Calendar permission does not give Soul Experience access to read or change the administrator's other calendars.

We store the connected Google email address, the app-created calendar identifier and name, connection timestamps, and an encrypted refresh token. Booking events can include the attendee details supplied with the booking, appointment times and timezone, notes, and a Zoom or other meeting link. We use this information only to provide and maintain the requested scheduling and calendar-sync service.

Soul Experience's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us to request deletion of the stored connection and related personal data.

06

Legal bases for processing

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: processing needed to provide something you request or purchase.
  • Consent: optional analytics, certain marketing, and other processing for which we ask permission. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests: operating, securing, supporting, and improving our business in ways that do not override your rights.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, and other compliance requirements.

When information is required to deliver a purchase or create a requested report, not providing it may mean we cannot provide that feature.

07

AI-assisted personalization

Some reports, summaries, meditations, course materials, and other personalized content are created with artificial-intelligence providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic. We may send the information needed for the requested output—such as birth details, questionnaire responses, and relevant prior content—to those providers for processing.

These tools can produce inaccurate or unexpected content. We do not use them to make solely automated decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects. Do not submit medical records, government identifiers, payment-card details, or another person's confidential information in free-text fields.

08

Cookies, analytics, and privacy signals

We use necessary cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, checkout, preferences, and service continuity. These are required for features you request.

Google Analytics and first-party campaign-attribution storage are optional and remain off unless you select Allow analytics. Analytics are configured without advertising personalization signals. You can change your choice at any time using thePrivacy choices control on the site. Rejecting optional tools does not prevent you from using the core Services.

When your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to keep optional analytics and attribution off. Browser-level Do Not Track has no single industry standard; we respond to Global Privacy Control as described here.

09

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Hosting and storage providers, such as Vercel and Upstash;
  • payment and commerce providers, such as Stripe and Kajabi;
  • AI and content-processing providers, such as OpenAI and Anthropic;
  • email, SMS, support, and automation providers, such as Resend, Twilio, Meta/Instagram, and ManyChat;
  • calendar, video, and event providers, such as Google and Zoom;
  • analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, only when optional analytics are allowed;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and authorities when reasonably necessary; and
  • a buyer, successor, or other participant in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money and do not use or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

10

Sensitive and wellness-related information

Birth details, personal reflections, relationship information, spiritual practices, and generated insights may feel sensitive. We use them to provide the features you request, secure the Services, and comply with law—not to determine eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, health care, or another legally significant opportunity.

Soul Experience is not a health-care provider, and the Services are not designed to create or maintain medical records protected by HIPAA. Please do not submit medical records or use the Services for emergency or clinical communications. Residents covered by a consumer-health privacy law can read our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

11

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the type of information and may include the life of your account or membership, the time needed to deliver and support a purchase, and the period required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal obligations.

Marketing consent and suppression records may be kept so we can honor your choices. Backups are protected and age out under ordinary backup schedules. We may retain deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.

12

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process, including access controls and secured service providers. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. Protect your sign-in links and notify us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

13

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards for transfers from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

14

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, know, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We do not currently sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To make a request, email mykefacebook@gmail.com from the address connected with your account and describe the right you want to exercise. You may also use an authorized agent where law permits. We may verify your identity or the agent's authority before responding.

EEA and UK residents may complain to the data-protection authority where they live or work. U.S. residents may contact their state attorney general or applicable privacy regulator. If we deny a request, reply with the subject Privacy Appealand explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

15

Data deletion

You can request deletion through our dedicated Data Deletion Instructions. Deleting personal information and canceling a paid subscription are separate actions. We may retain limited information where law permits or requires it, including transaction, tax, security, consent, suppression, and legal-claims records.

16

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account or buy a Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

17

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Services, providers, or laws change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. We will not use previously collected information for a materially different purpose without the notice or consent required by law.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to Golden Soul Wellness LLC, doing business as Soul Experience, at mykefacebook@gmail.com.
